Service
This service allows users to select a housekeeping service plan, area, date, and time on the website and submit a booking request.
Booking Confirmation
After a booking number is issued online, the booking is confirmed when the operator checks the request and arranges staff.
Fees
Displayed fees are calculated based on the selected plan and any area surcharges. Payment methods, taxes, and other fees follow the information shown at booking or provided by the operator.
Prohibited Conduct
Bookings with false information, applications made by impersonating another person, harassment toward staff or the operator, and requests that violate laws are prohibited.
Disclaimer
We may request a schedule change or cancellation due to weather, traffic, staff health, system issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
