Basic rules for booking cancellations and schedule changes.
Before Confirmation
For cancellations or changes before staff arrangement, please contact us through the contact page.
Until 6:00 PM on the Previous Day
If you need to cancel or change the schedule, please contact your assigned person or our support team by 6:00 PM on the day before the visit.
Same-Day Cancellation
Same-day cancellation is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Changes by the Operator
We may request a schedule change due to weather, traffic, staff circumstances, condominium management requirements, or other operational reasons.
When contacting us about a cancellation or change, please include your booking number, booking date and time, and name.
